Keep Standing: Why Sitting Down on the Job Increases Risk of Health Issues (Science World Report)

Findings show that the average American adult spends approximately 7.7 hours per day engaged in sedentary behavior, with about 70% of office workers sitting at their desks for over 5 hours per day.
