Night owls may be more sedentary, less motivated to exercise (EurekAlert!)

Science News site EurekAlert! outlines a study that suggests that people with later sleep times tend to be more sedentary, and feel that they have a harder time maintaining an exercise schedule. Sleep timing, according to the study, was determined to be a significant predictor of sedentary minutes, even after age and sleep duration were controlled for.
